The MCS Global Registry is a worldwide community data project created to better document the real-life impact of Multiple Chemical Sensitivity. By registering, participants help build a clearer picture of how MCS affects health, housing, employment, access to medical care, and daily life across different countries and severity levels.
Why This Registry Matters
MCS is real. The people affected by it need to be counted.
The MCS Global Registry was created to document the real-world impact of Multiple Chemical Sensitivity across countries, communities, and severity levels. By participating, you help build a clearer picture of how MCS affects housing, employment, healthcare access, daily living, and quality of life. The information collected may be used in anonymous, aggregated form to support awareness, advocacy, and future research.
Privacy Option
If you prefer not to use your personal or primary email address, that is completely fine. You may create a separate email address specifically for the MCS Global Registry and MCS Survival Foundation communications.
You do not need to use an email address that reveals your full legal name. A dedicated address such as mcsregistry123@example.com is perfectly acceptable.
If you choose to create a separate email, please keep access to it so we can contact you about registry updates, corrections, or future MCS-related information if you have opted in to receive communications.
Your email address will not be published, sold, rented, or shared with unrelated third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Privacy & Data Use
Your personal information is private and will not be sold, rented, traded, or published with your registry responses.
The MCS Global Registry collects your name, email address, location information, and responses about your experience with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity for the purposes of administering the registry, communicating with participants, understanding community needs, and producing anonymous statistics.
Your name, email address, and other personally identifying information will not be sold, rented, traded, or provided to unrelated third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Your contact information will be used only for legitimate MCS Survival Foundation purposes and for communications you have agreed to receive.
Individual names, email addresses, and personally identifying information will not be published or connected to public registry results. Any statistics, reports, or findings released by the MCS Survival Foundation will use anonymous, aggregated data, such as participant numbers by country, MCS severity, housing impact, employment, healthcare access, and daily-life limitations.
Registry submissions may be processed through trusted service providers necessary to operate the registry, such as Jotform. These services are used only to provide the technical systems required to collect, store, and manage registry submissions.
Participation is voluntary. You may contact the MCS Survival Foundation to request that your personal information be corrected or deleted. By submitting the registry form, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described above.
